PRESENTATION

The Department of Informatics and Computer Sciencies of the National Polytechnic School of Ecuador, publishes in this open journal, research papers related to diverse academic and professional topics within the context of research projects or contributions of research academics worldwide. The Digital Journal of Systems Engineering is indexed in DOAJ, DRJI, Latindex Directory. ISSN: 1390-7239

We cordially invite academics, professionals and students from around the world to submit their research papers in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

SUBMISSION

All submitted research papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of expression and afterwards reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Submissions should be formatted according to the guidelines of IEEE and submitted as pdf-files. Submission template: http://goo.gl/6NbbDs. In order to submit, authors must register in the Journal portal and follow a five-step submission process.

Submission Deadline CFP 2014-II: 25th July 2014

Notificaton Due CFP 2014-I: 27th May 2014
Notificaton Due CFP 2014-II: 12h August 2014

Final Version Due CFP 2014-I: 17th June 2014
Final Version Due CFP 2014-II: 2nd September 2014

Publication: September 2014

All accepted research papers will be published in the Journal, but those received in the CFP 2014-I will be priorized. Those research papers that cannot be published in the current issue in case of exceding the maximum number of articles allowed, will be published in an especial issue.

Depending on the rejection level of a research paper in the CFP 2014-I, those research papers might be re-submitted in the CFP 2014-II.
