Supply Chain, viewed as a network of facilities, is a complex system highly influenced by the economic and social environments. In order to ensure its efficiency and to offer a good quality of service to its customers, Supply chain should adopt a reactive and robust planning to cope with eventual fluctuations and/or unplanned events that could occur and disrupt the whole planning process. The goal is to highlight innovative approaches and methods in order to deal with a reactive and robust planning on Supply Chain. Furthermore, we encourage works, which deploy sophisticated technologies such as Internet of things (IOT) to apply for our session. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to: • Supply Chain Planning • Hierarchical approaches • Rolling Horizon approaches • Robust , stochastic programming • Heuristics, Metaheuristics. • IOT for supply chain planning under uncertainty, Computer Simulation SUBMISSION Papers must be submitted electronically for peer review through PaperCept: http://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl. In PaperCept, click on the CoDIT 2018 link “Submit a Contribution to CoDIT'18” and follow the steps. All papers must be written in English and should describe original work. The length of the paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (in the standard IEEE conference double column format). |
