Call For Papers

The Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance invites article submissions for the next issue of Liaison, CFE-DMHA’s journal of civil-military disaster management and humanitarian relief collaborations.

The theme for the Summer 2015 issue is Emerging Challenges to Civil-Military Coordination.

CFE-DMHA invites original submissions from contributors of all backgrounds within the DMHA community that have supported collaborations in assessments, lessons learned, technology, science and applied research, and training and education.

Submission ideas for the issue are due by March 15, 2015 and the deadline for first drafts is April 15, 2014.
