Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to submit original contribution (Full Papers / Short Papers / Posters /Demos /Use Cases) to ISNCC 2025, which will take place in Paris, France.

The conference will be held October 27-30, 2025 and organized by ESIEE PARIS, University of Gustave Eiffel, - www.isncc-conf.org.

ISNCC 2025 is organized under the patronahe of the European Space Agency (ESA) and technically sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Communications Society.

ISNCC is a consolidated international scientific event technically sponsored by IEEE and supported by strong branding institutions and companies.

Full papers should describe novel research contributions with evaluation results and are limited to eight (8) printed pages (including two additional extra pages).
Short papers, limited in length to four (4) pages, should be more visionary in nature and are meant to discuss new challenges and visions, showcase early research results, and explore novel research directions.
