CALL FOR PAPERS The 2014 6th International Symposium on Parallel Architectures, Algorithms and Programming (PAAP 2014) Beijing, China, July 11-13, 2014 Web Site: http://www.paap2014.org Paper Submission Page: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=paap2014 Submission Due: March 15, 2014 The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society and submitted to the indexing of EI. Selected papers will be invited to be extended and published in special issues of some SCI/SCIE/EI Indexed journals, including Computers and Electrical Engineering (SCI), Computer Science and Information Systems (SCI), Fundamenta Informaticae (SCI), Journal of Tsinghua University (EI), International Journal of Big Data Intelligence (EI). ================================================= AIMS AND SCOPE --------------------------------------- Following the successful PAAP'08 in Hefei, PAAP'09 in Nanning, PAAP'10 in Dalian, and PAAP'11 in Tianjin, PAAP'12 in Taipei, the Sixth International Symposium on Parallel Architectures, Algorithms and Programming (PAAP 2014) will take place in China's capital city Beijing during July 11-13, 2014. PAAP 2014 will provide a forum for scientists and engineers in academia and industry to present their research results and development activities in all aspects of parallel architectures, algorithms and programming techniques. PAAP 2014 is sponsored by NSFC, Beijing Jiaotong University, IEEE Technical Committee for Parallel Processing. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Submissions should include abstract, key words, the e-mail address of the corresponding author, and must not exceed 10 pages of single column, or 6 pages of double column, including tables and figures. Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF/Word format through EasyChair: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=paap2014 Submissions should follow the template of IEEE conference proceedings available at http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society. Extended versions of selected papers will be invited for submission to special issues of international journals.
