Welcome to join in the 2018 International Conference on Signal Processing and Information Communications (ICSPIC 2018)， which will be held in Seoul, Korea during January 21-23, 2018.

For papers submitted to ICSPIC 2018, we offer the publications as following:
1. Publication in Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.

2. Publication in Journal. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the International Journal of Signal Processing Systems, which will be Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
