International Conference on Economic and Social Studies 2015 (ICESoS` 15)

International Conference on Economic and Social Studies (ICESoS) is a scientific platform that brings social science researchers together to discuss subjects related to regional economic development particularly in the context of Balkan region. Priority in this year’s conference will be given to research papers that deal with business development and environment issues.

As a continuation of the topics of the previous two ICESoS conferences, ICESoS’15 will focus on the topics related to business operations and the environment that supports these operations. All conceptual and research papers that deal with business development issues toward establishing a healthy economic development will be considered primary publications for the conference.

As in many parts of the world, countries of Balkan region are struggling with transition and economic challanges. ICESoS’15 is therefore intended to be a publication venue for those researchers who will bring new insights into the region’s business environments.



Selected papers will be published in three channels:

1. An edited book will collect regional economic development papers and will be published by Cambridge Publishing as volume II;
2. Refereed papers will be published in the Journal of Economic and Social Studies (JECOSS) and in the Eurasian Journal of Business & Economics;
3. Refereed conference proceedings will be published in the proceeding book of ICESoS 2015.

o Submissions open : November 1, 2014

o Abstract submissions deadline: February 1, 2015

o Abstract acceptance notifications: February 15, 2015

o Conference fee payment deadline: March 15, 2015

o Conference dates: April 23-24, 2015

o Full paper submissions due: May 15, 2015
