CALL FOR PAPERS
Second International Symposium on Web Algorithms (iSWAG 2016) June 9-10, 2016 Deauville, Normandy, France http://iswag-symposium.org/ We invite you to submit a paper to the Second International Symposium on Web Algorithms (iSWAG 2016). iSWAG is a symposium that covers research in the areas of algorithms for solving web related problems. The first symposium will be held in Deauville, Normandy, France in June 9-10, 2015. iSWAG seeks innovative papers with strong applicative impact. The symposium will be highly selective, with both invited talks and refereed full papers presented either in oral sessions or in poster sessions. Topics covered include but are not limited to: Web search Adversarial information retrieval Privacy in web search User and search modeling Personalized search and ranking Search quality evaluation Search result ranking Searching social and real-time content Sponsored search and computational advertising Sentiment analysis in social networks and blogs Social networks Recommender systems Collaborative search Crowd computing Efficient analysis of web data Graph mining Papers emphasizing novel algorithmic approaches are particularly encouraged. Application-oriented papers that make innovative technical contributions to research are welcome. Papers on new and emerging topics are also welcome. Authors are explicitly discouraged from submitting papers that do not present clearly their contribution with respect to previous works, that contain only incremental results, and that do not provide significant advances over existing approaches. Papers must be submitted following the template available on the submission webpage. This is a standard 2 column format. Papers are limited to 6 pages. No poster submission will be considered after April 17, 2016. All deadlines are 11:59pm, anywhere in the world (Alofi time). Scientific Committee (to be completed) This committee is in charge of helping the program committee for papers that are in-between acceptance and rejection.
