Third International Conference on Telecommunications and Remote Sensing - ICTRS 2014, is organized by the institute IICREST, in Collaboration with the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor - Luxembourg, and under the auspices of URSI,
co-located with ISRSSP 2014 (http://www.math.bas.bg/ursi/isrssp.html)

We welcome papers submissions from but not limited to the following areas and topics:
- Wireless, Telecommunications and Networking;
- Electromagnetic Waves and Fields;
- Electronics and Photonics;
- Remote Sensing and Data Interpretation;
- Context Awareness.

We had two successful editions of ICTRS already, namely ICTRS'12 (Sofia, Bulgaria) and ICTRS'13 (Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands).

In 2014, ICTRS is going to Luxembourg and we do our best to organize a great event at the end of June.
The scientific quality of both previous editions of the conference is indeed high and we hope to maintain this also for the future ICTRS editions

We are happy to inform you that our Keynote Lecturer in Luxembourg will be Prof. Dr. Francois Lefeuvre who is not only an outstanding French scientist but also a former President of URSI (and current member of the URSI Board):

I would like to emphasize also the cooperation with the prestigious Luxembourgian research institution, TUDOR with whom we collaborate on organizing ICTRS 2014. It is them who arranged that the conference sessions take place in one of the best venues in Luxembourg, the Chambre des Metiers:
