 Introduction

The 2nd SICBS 2018 will provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Security with Intelligent Computing and Big-data Services. SICBS aims at strengthening the international academic cooperation and communications, and exchanging research ideas.

This year, SICBS will be held at the GUET, Guilin, China (http://www.gliet.edu.cn/). It is a state university, and founded in 1960. Guilin has very beautiful scenery. It is as the saying goes, " Guilin landscape tops those elsewhere, and Yangshuo landscape tops that of Guilin". On an annual basis, Guilin has over 80 million tourists, and it would be nice to have you at conference.

Submission must be in English and made as a PDF file (no more than 15 pages) according to the paper template (available at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html). Submission will be done via online submission system easychair system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sicbs2018. The submissions will be refereed by at least two reviewers.
Accepted papers will be invited to give the oral presentations at the conference.
