Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit regular papers of their work in English (full paper length: up to 6 proceedings pages). Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in conference proceedings, which will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, once it meets the requirements of an IEEE quality review. It will then be customarily indexed by EI Compendex.

Special Sessions: Prospective participants of ISIE 2014 are encouraged to organize special sessions (5-6 papers) in a particular area within the symposium topics. Those interested are requested to contact Kim Man at eekman@cityu.edu.hk for details.

Tutorials/Workshops: Those prospective participants of ISIE 2014 who would like to present a tutorial or organize a workshop are requested to contact Yousef Ibrahim at Yousef.Ibrahim@ieee.org.
