Monitoring, Modeling & Management of Emergent Economy (M3E2) is a peer-reviewed international conference focusing on research advances and applications of nonlinear dynamics methods, econophysics and complex systems methodology of emergent economy.
The M3E2 Conference occupies contributions in all aspects of Computational Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Statistical Finance, Trading and Market Microstructure, Machine Learning technologies and tools, paradigms and models, relevant to modern financial engineering and technological decisions in the modern age. There is urgent general need for principled changes in postclassic economy elicited by current models, tools, services, networks and IT communication. Topics of interest: Complex Cyberphysical Systems, Synergy, Econophysics, Economy of Agents Economic Security Experimental Economics Information Systems and Technologies in Economics Innovation Models of Economic Development Machine Learning for Prediction of Emergent Economy Dynamics Management of the State’s Economic Safety and Economic Safety of Economic Agents Methods and Models of Artificial Intelligence in Economic Systems Modeling of Hospitality Sphere Development Models of Global Transformations Monitoring, Modeling, Forecasting and Preemption of Crisis in Socio-Economic Systems Monitoring, Modeling and Forecasting in the Banking Sector Optimal Management of Socio-Economic Processes Risk Management Models in Emergent Economy The Dynamics of Emergent Markets in Crisis and Post-crisis Period The Global Challenges for Economic Theory and Practice in Europe Authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (at least 6 pages) including surveys, tutorials, perspective/colloquia articles in conference topics of interest through the HotCRP (https://notso.easyscience.education/m3e2/2021/) by January 10, 2020. Research articles should present new material and not duplicate other papers already published or due to be published. They should contain sufficient background and motivation and they should present proofs, where applicable, or at least outlines of such in sufficient detail to enable an expert to complete them. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by two reviewers on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a third, additional reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference. The result of the reviewing will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any. Primary requirements 1. Submissions should be: a) basically, correct and sound; b) original (not published elsewhere partly or in full and not submitted to other venues for simultaneous consideration); c) presented at the conference (at least one author of each article should attend to the conference); d) in line with the scope of M3E2. 2. A maximum of two articles per author is accepted. 3. One paper shouldn't have more than five authors. 4. The number of references in the list of references should not be less than 10. 5. Self-citations should not exceed 10 %. 6. Authors are encouraged to refer to the Committee on Publishing Ethics (COPE) for all aspects of publication ethics (http://publicationethics.org/) and to strictly conform to the ethical rules described on https://www.shs-conferences.org/about-the-journal/publishing-policies-ethics Formatting options M3E2 2021 uses EDP Sciences two column format for the proceedings.
