ICCEA is an annual International Conference on Computer Engineering and Applications sponsored by International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), Singapore Institute of Electronics. ICCEA was started in 2009. The previous conferences were held in Manila, Philippines (2009), Bali Island, Indonesia (2010).

The 2nd International Conference on Computer Engineering and Applications (ICCEA 2010) will be held in Bali Island, Indonesia during 26-29 March 2010. The aim objective of ICCEA 2010 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computer Engineering and Applications. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.
All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by well known World Academic Press, and will be indexed by the Nielsen, Thomson ISI (ISTP), IACSIT Database and British Library, and submitted to Ei Compendex for indexing.
