Call for Short Papers and Poster Papers
---------------------------------------------------
Computer Graphics International 2014 (CGI'14)
Sydney, Australia, 10-13 June 2014

http://www.it.usyd.edu.au/~cgi14
---------------------------------------------------

Computer Graphics International (CGI) is one of the oldest annual international conferences on computer graphics. It is organized by the Computer Graphics Society (CGS). Researchers across the whole world are invited to share their experiences and novel achievements in various fields - like computer graphics and human-computer interaction. Former conferences have been held recently in Ottawa, Canada, Bournemouth, England and Hannover, Germany.

The 31st year of CGI conference will be hosted at the beautiful city of Sydney on June 10-13, 2014. Sydney is known for its harbour lifestyle, fantastic beaches and good weather - all contributing to a relaxed environment that permeates the city and its visitors.

You are hereby invited to submit your contribution to CGI'14 as a Short Paper and/or a Poster Paper. Short / Poster papers offers an opportunity to present e.g., research in progress, research overview, system demonstration and innovative techniques. Dedicated Poster program session will be held during the conference and will allow plenty of opportunities for one-on-one dialogue and small group discussions in a casual setting.

Important Dates:
* Short / Poster paper submission deadline 18 April 2014 23:59 (GMT)
* Notification of acceptance 2 May 2014
* Camera ready papers 9 May 2014
* CGI'14 conference 10 - 13th June 2014

Publication information:
All accepted short papers (upto 15) and poster papers will be included in the CGI'14 conference proceedings (digital key). Short paper (max 4 pages) and Poster paper (max 2 pages) should present at least partial results achieved with a new technique. Poster papers will be reviewed based on the level of contribution to the field of computer graphics, validity of the results, originality, and clarity of presentation.

Short paper presentation:
Authors of accepted short papers will be assigned to an oral presentation at the conference.

Poster presentation:
Authors of accepted poster papers will prepare, print, and bring their own posters to the conference. Posters will be on display during the conference. A special 'poster fast forward' session will be scheduled for the poster authors to have 2 minutes oral presentation; this will be followed by a special poster session during which at least one registered author is required to stand by their poster.

To submit a paper, please visit (easychair),
