7th International Conference on Intelligent Decision Technologies (IDT-2015) Hilton Sorrento Palace, Sorrento, Italy 17th-19th June 2015 http://idt-15.kesinternational.org/ ================================================== We are delighted to invite contributions to the 7th International Conference on Intelligent Decision Technologies, organised by KES International. IDT-2015 is an international scientific conference for research in the area of Intelligent Decision Technologies with subjects considering theory and application. This conference is dedicated to improving decision making. The conference is interdisciplinary in nature and will consist of keynote talks, oral and poster presentations, invited sessions and workshops, on the applications and theory of intelligent decision systems and related areas. It will provide excellent opportunities for the presentation of interesting new research results and discussion about them, leading to knowledge transfer and generation of new ideas. The conference will be co-located under the KES Smart Digital Futures umbrella with our other conferences: IIMSS, AMSTA along with the new SEEL (Smart Education and E-Learning). Registration gives access to all of these conferences, together with a paper published in one set of proceedings. Please see the Smart Digital Futures website http://smartfutures.kesinternational.org for more information. ========== Proceedings ========== The conference proceedings will be published by Springer as book chapters in a volume of the KES Smart Innovation Systems and Technologies series: http://www.springer.com/series/8767 and submitted for indexing in Scopus and Thomson-Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) and the Web of Science. =============== Conference Scope =============== Papers are invited on theoretical and applied topics related to the scope of the conference. General Topics of Interest Authors should relate their topic to improving some aspect of decision making. Topics related to intelligent decision making include, but are not limited to, intelligent agents, fuzzy logic, multi-agent systems, artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, expert systems, intelligent decision making support systems, information retrieval systems, geographic information systems, knowledge management systems. IDT Applications IDT's have the potential to support decision making in many areas including management, international business, finance, accounting, marketing, healthcare, medical and diagnostic systems, military decisions, production and operation, networks, traffic management, crisis response, human-machine interfaces, financial and stock market monitoring and prediction, robotics. Emergent Intelligent Decision Technologies Virtual decision environments, social networking, 3D human-machine interfaces, cognitive interfaces, collaborative systems, intelligent web mining, e-commerce, e-learning, e-business, bioinformatics, evolvable systems, virtual humans, designer drugs. ============= Invited Sessions ============= An invited session consists of a presentation session of 6 to 12 or more papers on a specific conference topic, organised as half or full day mini-conference. We invite senior scientists who have a special interest in a specific conference topic to take responsibility for an invited session, gathering papers from a range of research expertise around the world.
