The 2014 5th International Conference on Food Engineering and Biotechnology (ICFEB 2014) is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Food Engineering and Biotechnology. ICFEB 2014 will bring together leading engineers and scientists in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from around the world. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
Microorganism technology Industrial Biotechnology Medical Biotechnology Nano Biotechnology Marine Biotechnology Animal biotechnology Plant biotechnology Artificial organs and implants Bio-MEMS and microbioreactors Medical and biological devices Heat, mass transfer and fluid flow in food processing Plant design using conceptual design techniques Food properties including thermal, chemical and mechanical properties Food microstructure development and characterization Food biotechnology Thermal processing All papers of ICFEB 2014 will be published in the Volume of Journal ( IPCBEE, ISSN: 2010-4618), and all papers will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Geobase(Elsevier), CABI, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, EBSCO, CNKI, WorldCat, Google Scholar, Cross ref and sent to be reviewed by Compendex and ISI Proceedings.
