SwSTE2016 IEEE CS International Conference on Software, Science, Technology, and Engineering Brought to you by: CyberSpark CSRC - Cyber Security Research Center FCCS - Frankel Center for Computer Sciences Sponsored by: ILTAM User's Association IEEE Computer Society Israeli Chapter June 16–17, 2016 Beer-Sheva, Israel http://www.iltam.org/swste2016 or E-mail: swste@iltam.org Scope of Conference: The recent developments in cyber security are due to the essential need for organizations to investigate and develop software systems and tools to protect their information assets, including critical government and commercial infrastructures. The most critical of these assets are in transportation, health, and finance service information systems. SwSTE2016 focuses on cyber security trends and other topics in software science, technology, and engineering. It provides a unique opportunity for researchers, scientists, practitioners, and managers from Israel and abroad to meet and share their ideas, results, and experiences. Structure of Conference: One-and-half-day conference which will include: • Keynote talks, presented by leading researchers and entrepreneurs • Small group meetings of industry, academic, VCs, and specific domain business collaboration • Focused-track sessions, in which selected research papers will be presented • Field seminars in the Negev Topics of interest: While a paper on any topic relevant to software practice and research will be considered, special emphasis will be given to papers dealing with Cyber Security. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: cryptograpic techniques, privacy trust and anonymity, machine learning and digital forensics, mitigation of cyber attacks, hacking technques, cyber warfare, cybercrime, cyber terrorism, reliability and automatic recovery, ethical and legal considerations, formal proof methods, authentication authorization and integrity issues, wired and wireless network security, data base security, kleptography, etc. Submissions and Participation: Papers submitted to the conference should contain original contributions. SwSTE2016’s international program committee will select the papers to be presented. The SwSTE2016 conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society and will be included in the IEEE Digital Library. Submitted papers must conform to the IEEE two-column conference style.
