FORMAT OF THE CONFERENCE
The conference program will include presentation of invited talks, oral presentations, and poster/demonstration sessions.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Authors are invited to submit full papers of 8-12 pages formatted in the Springer LNCS style. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers (single-blind), and accepted papers will be presented either orally or as posters. Papers submitted to SPECOM & ICR 2021 must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. The authors are asked to submit their papers using the on-line submission system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=specom2021

PROCEEDINGS
SPECOM & ICR Proceedings will be published by Springer as separate books in the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI/LNCS) series listed in all major international citation databases. Both Proceedings are included in the list of forthcoming proceedings for September 2021.
