The conference will feature three symposia on Communications, Networks and Signal Processing respectively. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their original research contributions to the following three symposia:
COMMUNICATIONS Information and Coding Theory Mobile, Wireless, and Broadband Communications RF, Microwave Communication and Antennas VLSI for communications Communication Theory Satellite Communication NETWORKS Next Generation Networks Optical Networks and Systems Sensor and Ad Hoc Networks Wireless Networks Network and Services Management Distributed Applications Networks and Information Security SIGNAL PROCESSING Signal Processing for communications Image Processing and Multimedia Applications DSP Algorithms and Architectures Speech and Audio Processing Biomedical Applications The above lists of topics are typical and not exhaustive. TUTORIALS: One page proposals are invited for half/full-day tutorials in the broad areas covered under the scope of NCC 2010. WORKSHOPS: Proposals are also sought for workshops on the latest technical and business issues covered under the scope of NCC 2010. PAPERS: Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full paper(s) for review. Only original papers which have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The manuscript must follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The maximum manuscript length is five (5) A4 size pages. Online submission site will be opened shortly.
