The 13th International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC) will be held in Lanzhou on 13th-16th July 2014. ICMLC is leading international forums on Machine Learning and Cybernetics. Every year, well-known researchers from academia and industry exchange and develop research ideas during this event.
