We invite high quality submissions through research, practice & experience, education, new ideas and emerging results papers, describing original and unpublished approaches/results in all areas of Computing and Communication. Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of originality, contribution, soundness, evaluation, quality of presentation and appropriate comparison to related work.
The topics for ETCC 2014 will include, but, not limited to are-

• Communication & Nano Technology
• VLSI & Image Processing
• Data Mining & Data Warehouse
The proceedings will be published by Springer under Book Series “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering, which is now indexed by ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, EI Compendex, MetaPress, Springerlink”.

All papers must be in pdf format and strictly follow the Springer formatting instructions. Authors can use the link http://www.springer.com/series/7818 and click on “Instructions for Authors” for templates and guidelines. Papers submitted to ETCC 2014 must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere while under consideration for ETCC 2014. Accepted papers may be withheld from publication unless at least one co-author registers for the event. Page limit is up to 5 pages, including figures, tables & references. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted, with an additional charge of INR 750 per page, to be paid at the time of author registration.
