On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Journal Enzymes ISSN 1867-3317, its editor and publisher has decided to initiate and to administer an international conference on metascience, and therefore invites all interested parties to participate in this event as benefactors or as contributors to the discussion.
Since differentiation between mythological thinking (where phantasy inextricable merges to reality) and factological thinking (based on reliable knowledge), is a primar prerequisite of the scientific thought, its second prerequisite is the creation of a scientific language charakterized by emergence of terminology, evident based reasoning and argumentation. But these linguistic innovations were not only progressive but also disruptive because splintering of science into incoherent disciplines. The metascientific approach seems to be appropriate to overcome mentioned difficulties, to catalyse scientific convergence, and to reach a new phase of evolution, when the dream of human being - an universal knowledge - comes near. Contributions are welcome on every topic related to metascience and related themes, including but not limited to psychosocial evolution, semantics, semiotics, systematics, metanomy, metatext, octology.
