As a result of the contractual incapacity of the members of the Swedish Royal Family, the members of the Swedish Academy of Sciences, and the Swedish citizens confirmed by their ignorant behavior following my letter of 28.02.2020 {1} and due to their disregard of my other letters, I dethrone Carl XVI Gustaf, terminate the Swedish monarchy, and seize its property; this seizure and termination of the royalty are effective immediately and irrevocably. As a consequence of the above mentioned circumstances and of my judgment of 22.11.2023 {2}, I revoke the state sovereignty of Sweden, declare null and void all acts which have hitherto been the legal basis of its sovereignty, and declare it to be under the jurisdiction of the Community Rus', which means that henceforth its Constitution will be the legal basis of any act or omission in Sweden.
I also forbid the titles Royal, Majesty, Excellency, Seigneur, King, Queen, Crone, Prince, Princes, and the like, which are inappropriate and morbid when applied to organizations or living persons. For the same reasons I forbid the superlatives Kingdom, Royal, and the like in actual geographical and institutional designations. Furthermore, I forbid all organizations founded by or associated with members of the defunct Swedish monarchy. This includes, but is not limited to, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, the Royal Guards, and the Royal Court of Sweden. The new owner of all assets and property of the Swedish Royal Family, the Nobel Foundation and other organizations mentioned above is the Foundation for Constitutional Development.
