Mr. Julian Assange
Prisoner #A9379AY
HMP Belmarsh
Western Way
London SE28 0EB
Great Britain
11.08.2023

Dear Julian,

I write to inform you about my decision of 1.05.2023, in consequence of which your imprisonment lacks every legal foundation. Since the place where you are still illegally imprisoned is under the jurisdiction of the Community Rus', you have rights mentioned in Articles 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 7.11, 7.13 of its Constitution. However, if you want to possess other rights granted to citizens of the Community Rus’, you have to apply for its citizenship in accordance with the Article 9.1 of the Constitution.

Dr. Andrej Poleev
