Call For Papers | |||||||||||||||
[Submissions aiming at IEEE CPS publication must follow the new deadline (30 August) strictly. Others may follow the timelines for the domestic track in TAAI 2013 (http://taai2013.nccu.edu.tw).]
The HCC'13 workshop is focused on human orientation and human factors for advances in computer science and its applications. It provides a forum for bringing together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and public sector in an effort to present their research work and share knowledge and experiences of the tools, techniques, technologies, models and methodologies that lead to better information and service provisioning in the human-centric computing systems. We solicit high-quality papers in the area of human-centric computing, and we welcome submissions describing theoretical advances as well as system design, implementation, and experimentation. Accepted papers of HCC'13 will be included in the TAAI conference Proceedings (http://taai2013.nccu.edu.tw), IEEE Xplore, and EI Index Topics Original contributions, not currently under review to another journal or conference, are solicited in relevant areas including, but not limited to, the following: * Context awareness and inference in HCC * Crowdsourcing and its applications * Data Mining in HCC * Human Computation * Human-computer interaction and User-centered Design * Human orientation and human factors in HCC * Multi modal interaction design in HCC * Privacy, Security and trust management in HCC * Social computing and social intelligence * Social-Local-Mobile (SoLoMo) Applications * Social Media and Collaborative Systems * Visualization, personalized visualization and representation * Wearables sensors and actuators in HCC |
