The success of intelligent systems relies on the availability of effective information sharing. However, person-specific information often contains sensitive information about individuals, and sharing such information could potentially violate individual privacy. The goal of this workshop is to provide a platform for knowledge exchange between theoreticians and practitioners in the areas of privacy protection and intelligent systems. ** SUBMISSION **

Authors are encouraged to submit original research papers that are not being considered for publication in any other research forum. Manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format and formatted using the Springer camera-ready templates which can be found at here. Submissions are limited to 12 pages in length. Manuscripts can be e-mailed to the workshop organizer at

with subject "[PARIS 2012] : (Paper Title)". Extended versions of the accepted papers will be published in a post-conference book. One of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register the workshop and present the paper in person in the workshop; otherwise, the paper will be withdrawn from the book.
