This conference solicits unpublished research work related to the latest challenges, technologies, solutions, techniques and fundamentals pertaining to communication, computing, networking, control. Topics of the workshop include but are not limited to:

Submission and Publication
All papers will be submitted to in IEEE Xplore proceedings and indexed in Scopus and SCI (IEEE LoA #69786)
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of four to six (4 to 6) printed pages (10-point font) in the standard IEEE two-column conference format. Two extra pages is allowed at extra cost of $100 per page. Papers exceeding (6+2), or less than four pages will not be accepted at EDAS.

You may also use one of the templates: A4, US letter.
Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process, and all submissions must be done through EDAS.

- Notification of Acceptance: Feb 1, 2026
- Registration and Camera-ready Papers: Mar 1, 2026

Virtual presentations will be allowed for authors who cannot attend in person.
