The Control Systems Society Chapter, IEEE Malaysian Section is pleased to announce the 2013 International Conference on System Engineering and Technology (ICSET 2013), which will be jointly held with the 2013 4th IEEE Control and System Graduate Research Colloquium (ICSGRC 2013) in Shah Alam, Malaysia on 19-20 August 2013. The colloquium will provide an excellent platform for knowledge exchange between postgraduate researchers working in areas of listed below. In addition, it provides an opportunity for the participants from Malaysia and overseas to share research findings and establish network and collaborations.

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers on all aspects including but not limited to the following technical areas:

* Control, Information and Systems Engineering
* System Identification, Modelling & Simulation
* Signal Processing: Speech Processing, Image Processing
* Instrumentation and Automation
* Technological Advancements
* Computer Engineering
* Human-Computer Interface, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality
* Assistive Technology, Brain-Computer Interface
* Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems
* Other related areas


Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (up to 6 pages, double columns of A4 – single space font size 10 point minimum), in English, through online submission at http://www.asprg.net/icset2013_oc by 30 June 2013. All papers will be blind-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and the authors will be notified about the acceptance via email.

All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in IEEExplore.
