Call for Papers
We invite high-quality submissions on all topics related to Software, Knowledge, Information Management, and Applications. Authors must submit original, previously unpublished work not currently under review elsewhere. Full papers (up to six camera-ready pages, 10-point font, IEEE format) must include the title, complete author contact information, an abstract, and keywords. Submissions undergo a single-blind review by at least two reviewers, evaluated on originality, technical quality, and relevance. All accepted papers registered and presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore (pending approval) and other databases. Selected papers will be invited for extension in high-quality journals.
