We invite you to submit original and unpublished papers to the session by using the KSE 2013 submission system (https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=kse2013). The papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. The proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in its series “Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing”, and be available at the Conference. Papers should follow the LaTeX series format as described at http://www.springer.com/series/4240/ and should not exceed 12 pages in the Springer-Verlag format. Please follow the instructions given at the KSE site to format and submit your papers.
