CFP: The NAFOSTED Conference on Information and Computer Science (NICS) September 16-18, 2015, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. www.nafosted-nics.org Hosted by Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) Technically sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Vietnam Section ******************************************************************************************* The NAFOSTED Conference on Information and Computer Science (NICS) is a series of scientific activities supported by the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) to build a durable, innovative and conducive environment for research activities at universities and institutes, improve the research ability of young scientists and establish research groups that meet international standards. The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from Vietnam and overseas in an academic forum to present and discuss recent advancements and future directions in the field of information and computer science. NICS 2015 will be held at Ho Chi Minh City during September 16-18, 2015 and hosted by Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. ***Important Dates*** - Manuscript submission: March 15, 2015 - Notification of acceptance: June 30, 2015 - Camera-ready submission: July 30, 2015 ***Submission Guidelines*** Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 6 pages, written in English, in PDF format and compliant with the IEEE standard (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere. Papers should be submitted through the EDAS conference submission system at http://edas.info/N19343 Submitted papers (for both regular and special sessions) are subject to a blind reviewed process handled by an international technical program committee. An author of an accepted paper must be registered at full rate (member or non-member of the IEEE) prior to uploading the camera-ready version. The maximum length of the camera-ready version is 6 pages. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the IEEExplore Digital Library. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. ***Post-Conference Publication We are planning to edit special issues after NICS'15 in the following journals: 1. Int. J. of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (World Scientific, SCI-E) link: http://www.worldscientific.com/page/ijseke/abstracted-indexed 2.
