Please find here http://www.ptithcm.edu.vn/watcn2013/ the first announcement for The First International Workshop on Advanced Technology for Communication Networks 2013 (WATCN 2013), organized in conjunction with The Fifth International Conference on Ubiquitous and Future Networks (ICUFN 2013), July 2 - July 5, 2013, Da Nang, Vietnam.

The objective of this workshop is twofold: i) to discuss, through papers, new theoretical development and techniques in signal processing theories and its applications to wireless communication systems and networks and ii) to foster an international forum for scientific and technology exchange among Vietnamese and worldwide scientists and engineers in the fields of signal processing, communications and related areas. All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings with assigned IEEE ISBN number and will also be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
