SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Full papers must be submitted electronically through our web form in
a pdf format. The material must be unpublished and not under
submission elsewhere. Submissions must be in the same format as in
the final published proceedings (10 pages maximum, 2 columns, 10 pt).
Papers exceeding the page limit will not be reviewed. Note that the
submission deadline is a firm deadline and will not be extended.

This year we are going to use a new version of the START management
software for paper submission. Follow this link to submit your paper:
https://www.softconf.com/e/ecrts2013/login/

A selection of the best papers will receive outstanding paper awards,
and will be highlighted as such in the conference proceedings. These
papers will form the shortlist for a best paper award, which will be
presented at the conference. At ECRTS'13, we aim for a broad program,
but with a slightly more systems perspective than in the last couple
of years.

LOCAL INFORMATION

ECRTS'13 and its satellite workshops will take place at ECE Graduate
School of Engineering, downtown Paris, close to the Eiffel Tower.
There are many places to visit in Paris. A few examples can be found
here: http://en.parisinfo.com/

You might also be interested in staying in Paris after the conference
for the Bastille days. France commemorates the start of the French
Revolution with a national holiday on 14 July. This is implemented
with mass celebrations up and down the country, ending in Paris with
wonderfull fireworks near Eiffel Tower, Sunday, July 14 2013.
