Venue The workshop will be held in Egham U.K. at Royal Holloway, University of
London, in conjunction with the 18th annual European research event in Computer Security (ESORICS 2013) symposium. The workshop is structured in two tracks: a research track and an industrial track. Scope: Security and reliability have become a major concern for service-oriented applications as well as for communications systems and networks. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers addressing the automated configuration of security policies in the context of dynamic, heterogeneous and mobile environments. Aiming at secure and interoperable networks and systems, major challenges related to policy conflict detection and resolution must be addressed. Papers related to autonomous assessment and intrusion mitigation are particularly invited for submission. Topics: The SETOP Workshop seeks submissions that present research results on all aspects related to spontaneous and autonomous security. Submissions by PhD students are encouraged. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following: Security policy deployment Self evaluation of risk and impact Distributed intrusion detection Autonomous and spontaneous response Trust establishment & lightweight cryptography Selfish behavior and collaboration enforcement Security in autonomous ad hoc networks Security in sensor&RFID networks Security of Next Generation Networks Security in Cloud Computing Security of Service Oriented Architectures Security of opportunistic networks Privacy in self-organized networks Secure localization& context aware ubiquitous computing Secure interoperability and negotiation Self-organization in secure routing Identity management, modeling and validation of security General Chair: Ana-Rosa Cavalli (TELECOM SudParis, France) Frédéric Cuppens (TELECOM Bretagne, France) Program Committee Chairs: Research Track Simon Foley (University College Cork, Ireland) Nora Cuppens-Boulahia (TELECOM Bretagne, France) Industrial Track Edgardo Montes de Oca (Montimage, France) Publicity and publication chair William Fitzgerald (University College Cork, Ireland) Program Committee (TBC) Fabien Autrel (Telecom Bretagne, France) Gildas Avoine (Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium) Michele Bezzi (SAP Research, France) Christophe Bidan (Supelec, France) Carlo Blundo (University of Salerno, Italy) Joan Borrell-Viader (UAB, Spain) Jordi Castellà-Roca (RoviraiVirgiliUniversity, Spain) Iliano Cervesato (Carnegie Mellon University, Qatar) Stelvio Cimato (Universitàdi Milano, Italy) Mauro Conti (UniversitàdiPadova, Italy) Ernesto Damiani ((University of Milan, Italy) Sabrina De CapitanidiVimercati (Università di Milano, Italy) Josep Domingo-Ferrer (RoviraiVirgiliUniversity, Spain) William Fitzgerald (University College Cork, Ireland) Sara Foresti (Universitàdi Milano, Italy) Jerome Francois (University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg) Joaquin Garcia-Alfaro (TELECOM SudParis, France) Stefanos Gritzalis (University of the Aegean, Greece) Olivier Heen (Technicolor, France) Wei Jiang (Missouri University of S&T, USA) Sokratis Katsikas (University of Piraeus, Greece) Florian Kerschbaum (SAP Research, France) Evangelos Kranakis (Carleton University, Canada) Marie Noelle Lepareux (Thales, France) Javier Lopez (University of Malaga, Spain) Giovanni Livraga (Università di Milano, Italy) Wissam Mallouli (Montimage, France) Guillermo Navarro-Arribas (UAB, Spain) Marie Nuadi (EADS-Cassidian, France) Andreas Pashalidis (K.U.Leuven, Belgium) Nicolas Prigent (Supelec, France) Yves Roudier (Eurecom, France) Thierry Sans (Carnegie Mellon University, Qatar) George Spanoudakis (City University London, United Kingdom) Radu State (University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg) Ari Takanen (Codenomicon, Finland) Bachar Wahbi (Percevio, France) Steering Committee Ana-Rosa Cavalli (TELECOM SudParis) Frédéric Cuppens (TELECOM Bretagne) Nora Cuppens-Boulahia (TELECOM Bretagne) Jean Leneutre (TELECOM ParisTech) Yves Roudier (EUROCOM) Webmaster Said Oulmakhzoune (TELECOM Bretagne, France) |
