CONFERENCE
The International Conference on Speech and Computer, SPECOM, is a regular event organized since 1996 and attracts researchers in the area of computer speech processing, multimodal interfaces and applied systems for telecommunication, robotics, intelligent and cyberphysical environments. ORGANIZERS - Bogazici University (BU, Istanbul, Turkey) in cooperation with - St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Science SPIIRAS, St. Petersburg, Russia) - Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU, Moscow, Russia) IMPORTANT DATES April 15, 2019 ............ Conference dates SUBMISSION OF PAPERS Authors are invited to submit a full paper not exceeding 10 pages formatted in the Springer LNCS style. Those accepted will be presented either orally or as posters. The decision on the presentation format will be based upon the recommendation of three independent reviewers. The authors are asked to submit their papers using the on-line submission form accessible from the conference web site. Papers submitted to SPECOM 2019 must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the SPECOM review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
