============================================================================================================
The FTRA 10th International Symposium on Wireless sensor network Technologies and Applications for Smart Space (WTA-14)
will be held in Ostrava, Czech Republic, August 25-27, 2014.

Smart spaces (SS) represents an advanced communication environment featuring daily-life objects that continuously involve and are focused on final non-expert users. SS has rapidly emerged
as an exciting new paradigm that tends to include different active research fields such as ubiquitous, grid, and P2P
computing. SS environments have recently raised tremendous interests in both the academic and the industrial research
communities as one of the most promising application fields for pervasive computing services.
The WTA-14 aims to address system and network issues for SS communications. It will solicit both original research papers
and review articles that enhance the state-of-the-art in these fields, including topics like effective context extraction and
representation, context-based service discovery, context-based service composition, integration of legacy systems and services,
security theory, business models, and novel applications that are associated with SS utilization. The papers will be peer reviewed
by at least three independent reviewers and will be selected on the basis of their quality and relevance to the theme of
this conference.
The WTA-14 is the next event in a series of highly successful symposium on wireless sensor network technologies and applications (WTA),
previously held as WTA-13 (Gwangju, Korea, September, 2013), WTA-12(Jeju, Korea, Nov 2012), WTA-11 (Jeju, Korea, Dec 2010), WTA-10 (Gwangju, Korea, Dec 2010),
SH-10 (Busan, Korea, May 2010), SH-09 (Toronto, Canada, July 2009), SH-08 (Hainan, China, Dec. 2008), SH-07 (Jeju, Korea, Dec. 2007), IWSH-06 (Jeju, Korea, Nov. 2006).

Submission Guidelines
=======================
There will be a combination of presentations including scientific papers. Prospective authors are invited, in the first instance, to submit papers for oral presentations in any of the areas of interest for this symposium.
First, authors should submit a regular paper with 5~6 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references. Please use ONLY symposium paper template (download : http://www.ftrai.org/wta2014/wta2014template.doc).
If you want to submit more than page limitation, you can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment.
After closing the symposium, the authors MUST submit full paper with 7~8 pages or regular paper with 5~6 pages for the SIs of international journals (indexed by SCI/E or SCOPUS).
We will send the official recommendation letter including journal submission instruction to all authors who presented in our symposium (the page limits are based on double column).
