PUBLICATION:
============
All accepted papers (irrespective of the category) will be included in DMSI'13 conference proceedings that has an ISBN number. The proceedings will be distributed during the conference. The proceedings will be submitted to several databases such as DBLP. Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference and present their work. The expanded versions of selected papers will be considered for publication with several international journals.

AWARD:
======
There is a best paper award presented during the conference. The award is to encourage high quality research/development in the areas of the conference. The award committee will decide the best paper, from among the accepted papers, by considering various technical parameters.

HOW TO SUBMIT:
==============
The paper should be written in a single column format and formatted according to the Springer Lecture Notes instructions (click here for instructions/sample paper).
The maximum length of a research paper is at most 12 pages in LNCS format. Initially all papers are considered as a full paper, however based on the reviewer's comments some of them may be recommended for short papers (maximum 8 pages) or posters (maximum 4 pages).
To conduct a double-blind review, authors should omit their names and affiliations from ALL places in the draft paper (these details can be added in the final/camera ready paper if the draft is accepted). While the references should include all published literature relevant to the paper, including previous works, if any, of the (co)authors, it should not include unpublished works. When referring to the (co)author's own work, use the third person rather than the first person. For example, say “Previously, Ram and John [16] have proved that...”, rather than “In our previous work [16], we have proved that...". Such identifying information can be added to the camera ready paper, if the draft paper is accepted. In addition, the paper should not include acknowledgements to any person/ organization, etc. Acknowledgements can be added to the camera ready paper, if the draft paper is accepted.
Please do not submit a paper if it has been already published or submitted for publication or review elsewhere. The paper must not contain any plagiarism or self-plagiarism content.
The submission format is MS Word or PDF, and papers can be uploaded through EasyChair at the following URL. Specific details about EasyChair submission process can be found at the conference website.
