Call For Papers | |||||||||||||||
Following the success of the three first editions of the CEDA’s ENG-OPTIM’ Contests that were organized during, respectively, SM2ACD 2010, ICM 2011, and DTIS 2012, the 4th edition will be held next April 2013, and will take place during the Int. Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Optimization (ICMSAO’13) http://www.icmsao.org/
Presently, optimization techniques have become crucial tools in the engineering fields (analog, digital and mixed design, Systems, RF circuits, telecommunication, multi-domains (MEMS, nano-, opto-electronics, mechatronics) and so on. The aim of this competition is to focus on contributions of researchers, engineers and students on techniques and stratagems relevant to the wide engineering application spectrum. The contest main topic is (but is not limited to): Optimization techniques applied to Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal and Radio-Frequency circuits. The contest is open for researchers, engineers and students (members and non members of IEEE). NB: there is no registration fee for the contest ! Submitted papers will be evaluated by the contest’s scientific committee. A selection will be made, and authors of the retained papers will have to present their papers next April in a parallel session at ICMSAO’13. • Selected Papers will be included in the ICMSAO Proceedings and published in IEEE Xplore. • Among them three will be awarded by the IEEE CEDA TN Chapter. • A special prize will be accorded to the best paper. Submissions have to be done via the ICMSAO website, no late than: March 20, 2013 Further details can be found at the IEEE TN CEDA Chapter website: http://sites.ieee.org/tunisia-ceda/contest/ |
