The conference is supported by ASEA-Uninet (ASEAN-European University Network), EPU (Eurasian Pacific University Network), IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing). The proceedings of the conference will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) of Springer.

ICT-Eurasia 2013 provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest research findings and innovations. The conference is especially focused on the very vivid and agile development of ICT-research in the last decade. ICT-Eurasia 2013 is aiming at facilitating the exchange of ideas and advances in all aspects of ICT and at fostering scientific cooperation in the Eurasian region.

ICT-experts from all over the world who are interested to disseminate their work in the Eurasian supercontinent are very welcome and are invited to submit their contributions. The proceedings of the conference will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science of Springer.

ICT-Eurasia 2013 will be held at the Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia from 25th to 29th March 2013. Gadjah Mada University is the oldest and one of the most prominent universities in Indonesia.

Yogyakarta is renowned for its cultural heritage. The Borobudur temple, dating from the 8th and 9th centuries is a UNESCO World Heritage and one of the most attractive cultural sites in Asia.
