The Conference

The IFAC/MCPL2013 conference aims to bring together researchers and engineers from different areas, to promote a synergy among different disciplines, in order to explore new solutions for complex scientific and technological challenges.
The objectives of the conference are to provide high quality research and professional interactions for the advancement of science, technology and fellowship. It also intends to provide to the participants an opportunity to present their research papers and experience reports, and to take part in open discussions.

The IFAC/MCPL 2013 is the 6th in a very successful series of events, previously held in Campinas (Brazil), Grenoble (France), Santiago (Chile), Sibiu (Romania) and Coimbra (Portugal). This sixth edition will be organized by the Center for Information Technology Renato Archer – CTI (http://www.cti.gov.br), one of the most important research centers in Information Technology in South America. The conference will be held in Fortaleza, the capital city of the State of Ceará. Located in the northeastern corner of Brazil, Ceará is the Brazilian State nearest to Europe and North America.
