The 2nd Workshop on Advances In RFID (AIR'09)
(October 21-23, 2009, Macau, China, in conjunction with ICEBE 2009) Air 2009, its 2nd workshop, collocated with ICEBE 2009, would be held in Macao in October 21-23, 2009. Air 2009 will continue the success of Air 2008 in Xi’An, China to offer a prestigious forum of innovative findings for applied research and technology development in logistics and supply chain management, and their adoption in various economic sectors. The workshop solicits paper submissions in a wide range of related topics, including, but not limited to, the following, * RFID and automation * Agile and lean supply chains * Business process automation and re-engineering * Computational logistics * Data engineering and decision support systems * ERP, CRM, SRM, and WFM * Facility Logistics (warehouse, transportation, and distribution) * GPS, GIS, and location based systems * Green logistics and supply chains * Internet and Web technologies * Knowledge discovery and data mining * Mobile and ubiquitous computing * Organizational and economical issues * Security, vulnerability, and risk management * Sensors and measurement technologies * Service science and service oriented computing * Technology adoption and risk management Papers must be submitted electronically.
