Submission due for UCES-13: October 22, 2013 (Extended). 2.After closing UCES-13, the selected extended papers from accepted and presented papers in UCES-13 will be included in a Special Issue of the following international journals indexed by SCIE. -The Science World Journal- Hindawi (IF: 1.7, Indexed by SCIE ) -Journal of Applied Mathematics- Hindawi (IF: 0.834 , Indexed by SCIE ) //Very fast publication process - open access journal. *** Expected journal publication rate from UCES-13 published papers : about 30~40 % *** **************************************************************************************** ==================== Introduction ==================== The FTRA 2013 International Symposium on Ubiquitous Computing and Embedded Systems (UCES-13) will be held inDanang, Vietnam, December 18 - 21, 2013. The UCES-13 will be the most comprehensive symposium focused on the various aspects of advances in ubiquitous computing and embedded systems (UCES). The UCES-13 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of UCES. In addition, the symposium will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in UCES. They must contain no information identifying the author(s) or their affiliation(s). All papers must be submitted in an electronic format which conforms to the symposium proceedings style and submitted as DOC or PDF files. Papers must strictly adhere to page limits (4~5 pages) for the symposium. Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review. All authors MUST use the following sample paper format.
