Welcome to ICHORA2025

The International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization, and Robotic Applications (ICHORA) has been organized since 2019. The congress aims to bring scientists, experts, instructors, non-governmental organizations, and private sector representatives together to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge in a scientific framework. ICHORA 2025 is a platform for state-of-the-art research paper presentations in engineering fields, as well as for discussing current issues and innovative technologies in multidisciplinary studies.

The technical program of ICHORA 2025 will include the presentation of invited speakers, panels, tutorials, special sessions, posters, and regular sessions. ICHORA 2025 is an international congress organized for universities, research groups, companies, and technology groups from many countries to present their research results and innovative applications. The technical sponsor of ICHORA 2025 is IEEE Türkiye Section.

All submitted full papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to congress and readability. Accepted and presented full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Additionally, abstracts, tutorials and poster presentations will be published with ISBN in the ICHORA2025 companion proceeding.

The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Papers in both languages are accepted. We will be pleased to welcome you at the International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications, which will be held in person and online on 23-24 May 2025 in Ankara, Turkey.
