Call For Papers

ISET-BG 2013: Extended submission deadline to 31 March 2013 (hard deadline)

General Information

The huge developments in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have been leading to more and more possibilities to facilitate people in what they are doing. This has been leading to numerous emerging technologies and related to them R&D topics needing to be tackled.

Covering topics that concern Election Technologies and their Societal Impact, ISET 2013 is expected to make useful contribution to the developments in the European Union, keeping at the same time an actual and inspiring research orientation.

More exactly, the scientific program of the symposium is concerned with the international development and application of a broad range of aspects:

- e-Voting
- i-Voting
- Privacy Enabling Technologies
- ...
- Social Inclusion
- Political Representativeness
- Sustainability

It is not only that ISET 2013 addresses such important and actual issues but it is also that the symposium aims at attracting world's leading researchers /practitioners (with backgrounds in computer science, mathematics, sociology...) who would help us establish a high scientific level of the event.



Paper Submission

ISET 2013 invites papers describing original contributions related to the topics listed above. Submitted papers should be in English, in format A4, no longer than 8 pages, as according to the required paper format.


Publication

The ISET'13 papers will be published as a printed proceedings with ISBN and online on the ISET website (http://www.is-et.org).


Symposium Format

The symposium will be a two-day event with oral presentations and two types of papers are considered, namely Invited Papers and Regular Papers.
