The 10th International Conference on Critical Information Infrastructures Security – CRITIS 2015

The 10th CRITIS Conference on Critical Information Infrastructures Security is set to continue a tradition of presenting innovative research and exploring new challenges for the protection of critical information-based infrastructures. CRITIS 2015 covers established topics like Critical (Information) Infrastructures Protection (C(I)IP), modeling, simulation and analysis for C(I)IP, but also has a strong focus on topics related to Resilience of C(I)I.

The first day of the conference focuses on security architectures in C(I)IP. The second day of the conference will focus on resilience assessment of Critical (Information) Infrastructures and adds a C(I)I perspective from emergency management. We continue our commitment to Young CRITIS, an initiative to build a (virtual) strong community of young researchers and professionals in the field of C(I)IP. Candidate papers for the second CIPRNet Young CRITIS Award (CYCA) will be presented in the afternoon of the second day. The third day of the conference presents research papers and case studies in the areas of Modelling, Simulation and Analysis for CI and Electric Grid Protection and Resilience. A highlight of the planned special events is the demonstration of an innovative Decision Support System that has successfully made the transition from research into practical application.

The conference invites critical (information) infrastructure protection (CIP/CIIP) end-users (government, operators, industry, etc.) and the CIP/CIIP-related research communities and disciplines. CRITIS encourages discussions between all types of stakeholders and multi-disciplinary approaches to relevant CIP problems.
