The conference encourages submissions of high quality manuscripts with innovative ideas. We are devoted to the conveyance of social responsibility and awareness of our readers. Papers will be peer reviewed, and all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures, and references. Full text papers in Ms Word documents will be accepted by e-mail: interconference@stamford.edu

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
Each paper is limited to 6 pages normally, and additional pages will be charge 10 USD per extra page.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be distributed to all the delegates during the Conference. Excellent papers selected from registered ones will be published in the Stamford Journal free of charge. Moreover, one excellent paper will be selected from each oral session. The Certificate for Excellent papers will be awarded in the Welcome Banquet on 28 May 2012. More information, please see the call for paper leaflet.
