Dear colleagues,

Please consider submitting a paper to the workshop on Long Term HSPA
Evolution held in conjunction with the IEEE ICC 2012. The workshop
will focus on the following topics:

- Advanced signal processing schemes, such as advanced MIMO,
interference management, interference cancelation and coordinated
multipoint transmission/reception (CoMP)
- Efficient operation and optimization of heterogeneous networks
(multi-layer and multi-RAT)
- Multi-RAT carrier aggregation
- Cognitive radio
- Relaying
- Cross-layer optimization
- Joint HSPA/LTE infrastructure evolution and long-term migration towards LTE
- HSPA enhancements regarding particular services and applications
- Improved voice spectral efficiency
- Better support of smart phone traffic
- Facilitation of machine-to-machine (M2M) communication

Beside the submission of high-quality technical papers, we would
explicitly also like to encourage the submission of demonstrator
proposals.
