Call For Papers

Approximation and optimization play an increasingly central role in modern nonlinear image processing. The main objective of this meeting is to bring together leading specialists from the fields of approximation theory, optimization theory, and image restoration and reconstruction to report on recent advances in their fields, promote new techniques, and discuss new challenges. Although various domains of application will be considered, a special emphasis will be placed on problems arising from medical imaging.

This meeting is supported by the ANR OPTIMED project.
Important deadlines:

* Invited speaker's registration deadline: December 15, 2008
* Submission of summary of talk: February 28, 2009
