Call For Papers

Special Track on Energy-efficient systems


This special track aims at the development of Green systems and technology. It is intended to provide a high-quality platform for researchers and practitioners to present their latest theoretical and practical research with applications in this highly critical research area. Original papers are solicited in all areas of research related to Energy efficient systems and Energy efficient technology.
Topics may include but not limited to:

Energy efficient systems
Energy efficient technology
Renewable energy
Sustainable energy
Energy aware computing
Power management
Algorithmic efficiency
Resource allocation
Materials recycling
Energy efficient protocols
Energy efficient communications
Energy efficiency in mobile devices
Paper submission:

Papers should be original and contain contributions of theoretical or experimental nature, or be unique experience reports. Interested authors should submit a 6-page description of their original and unpublished work including 5 keywords in the IEEE format. All submissions must include author names and complete mailing addresses (including telephone number, fax number, and the email address). Extra charges will apply if final version of the paper exceeds six pages.

Papers can be sumitted through https://www.softconf.com/c/itng2012 . You can also email your paper to one of the track chairs with the subject line set as "ITNG 2012".

Evaluation process:

All papers will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Papers will be evaluated for originality, technical content, language clarity, and significance to the conference. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by the Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and available on the digital library.

Best student paper:

The Best Student Paper will be awarded at the conference. To be eligible, the student must be the sole author of the paper, or the first author and primary contributor. A cover letter to the General Chair/Track Chair must identify the paper as a candidate for this competition at the time of submission.
