A conference is dedicated to the memory of prematurely gone from the life in 2007 correspondence member of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, chair of the applied nonlinear analysis the department at Institute for Applied Systems Analysis of National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” Valery Melnik.

The subject of conference reflects the numerous scientific interests of Valery Melnik and is determined for either pure mathematicians or business administrators or decision making system developers to take part as well.

Young scientists are invited also to participate the conference.

Abstract size is limited to 300 words.
Language — English.
It is allowed to use LaTeX layout in abstracts.
